Are you a commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution? Are you excited about building and scaling a market while leading a team? Join us as Head of Sales Germany and help accelerate the transition to sustainable energy solutions.
Powering up the DACH market
As Head of Sales (DACH) at Greener, you will be responsible for establishing, leading, and growing our commercial presence in the this market. You will lead a small but ambitious team while personally driving key deals and partnerships in an early-stage market environment.
This is a unique opportunity to combine market building, team leadership, and hands-on sales. You will play a critical role in positioning Greener as a leading provider of mobile battery solutions across industries such as events, construction, industrial applications, and energy infrastructure.
You will work closely with our office in Amsterdam while operating primarily in Germany, with regular travel across the region.
What you will do
As Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of our commercial growth in the DACH market. You will define the strategy, lead and develop the local team, and personally drive key opportunities to establish Greener as a leading player in mobile energy solutions. Operating in an early-stage market means you will combine leadership with hands-on execution, building pipelines, closing strategic deals, and creating the structure needed to scale sustainably.
In practice, this means you will:
Own and execute the commercial strategy for DACH translating company goals into a clear local growth plan
Lead, coach, and expand a small commercial team while fostering a high-performance culture
Personally drive strategic accounts, partnerships, and complex deals
Build strong collaboration with operations and headquarters to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Introduce scalable sales processes, forecasting, and performance management as the market grows

Job requirements
Who are you?
A true Greener — you believe electrification is both environmentally and economically the future
Leadership experience: 10+ years in B2B sales with experience leading teams or commercial units
Market development experience: Proven success building or scaling markets, business units, or regions
Industry experience: Experience in energy, equipment rental, construction, or related sectors is strongly preferred
Strategic and hands-on: You combine strategic thinking with the ability to execute and close deals yourself
DACH expertise: Strong network and understanding of the German/DACH market
Languages: Fluent German and English (C1–C2)
Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable operating in a scale-up and building structure where needed
Customer-focused: Passion for long-term partnerships and delivering value
