We are Greener Power Solutions. We are on a mission to make the temporary energy market emission-free with our mobile batteries. We can deploy these anywhere to store and deliver energy. It's an important mission, where we could really use your help. 

A temporary boost of power: 

As part of Greener’s development efforts, you’ll provide a much-needed boost to our team by taking on a 200-hour project focused on IoT device provisioning and DevOps integration. Working independently while collaborating with our operations and development teams, you’ll design, optimize, and implement solutions that automate the management and updating of our mobile energy systems, including security patches and software upgrades. 

This project offers you the opportunity to make an immediate and meaningful impact on our mission. Your work will address critical challenges and deliver reliable, scalable tools that our team can build upon. 

Your day might involve writing ansible playbooks to automate IoT device provisioning, developing our python-based update client, and rigorously testing solutions to demonstrate their capabilities in real-world scenarios. While you will bring your expertise to the table, you’ll also collaborate with our team to align efforts with operational needs.

Who are you? 

• Python Expert – strong experience (5+ years) in Python development, particularly for scripting and automation. You are also familiar with Ansible/Puppet. 

• DevOps Enthusiast – familiar with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management 

• IoT Savvy – experienced in provisioning IoT devices or remote management of servers/devices 

• Independent and proactive – capable of managing your own workload while collaborating effectively. 

• Available between 24 and 32 hours as of January, for a period of 7-9 weeks (200 hours).
