Keeping our numbers – and mission – on track 

You’ll be part of our Finance team: a small, collaborative group that makes sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. While our operations and field teams focus on powering events and construction sites, we keep the financial side organised and reliable. We support each other and other teams across Greener – always with a shared mindset of helping things move forward.  

As Financial Administrator, you’ll be involved in the full range of our day-to-day financial processes. A typical day might include processing invoices, payments, and expense claims, following up on outstanding payments, helping close the books at month-end, or answering a finance question from a colleague. You’ll switch between routine tasks and ad hoc requests, and you like having that variety in your day. Your ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different stakeholders will help you on a daily basis to be successful in this role. 

You also:  

  • Stay in touch with suppliers and customers on finance-related questions 

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable 

  • Make sure we comply with relevant financial regulations

Job requirements

Who are you? 

  • A true Greener – you want to make the world a bit better, you question the status quo, and you're always looking for ways to innovate and improve.  

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role; 

  • Minimum MBO4 level in a relevant field (e.g. bookkeeping, financial administration) 

  • Available for 16-20 hours per week, until at least the end of December on a freelance/interim contract; 

  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands, and able and willing to commute to the office at least once a week. 

  • You speak, read, write English fluently, Dutch is a plus.
