Join our dynamic Service team: this is where the magic happens! Our team plays a crucial role in the company, ensuring that our battery projects are seamlessly planned and executed.

As an Operations Planner (UK), you are at the heart of our operations. You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating the deployment of our battery fleet across projects throughout the UK. Working closely with Account Managers, you ensure that the right batteries are available at the right place and time to meet client needs.

You manage fleet availability, coordinate logistics, and continuously balance supply and demand in a fast-moving environment. Priorities can shift quickly, and you thrive in managing ad hoc changes while maintaining a clear overview. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, including service engineers and logistics partners, to ensure smooth operations from planning through execution. No two days are the same; you’ll solve planning challenges, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively adjust schedules to keep projects running efficiently. Your work is primarily office-based, where you act as the central link between commercial plans and operational execution.

We offer:

• You have experience in planning, such as fleet planning, transport planning, or logistics coordination 

• You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment 

• You are comfortable dealing with ad hoc requests and can quickly adapt plans when needed 

• You have strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, including Account Managers and operational teams 

Experience in the energy, construction, or technical sector is a plus!
