Our Sales team is responsible for connecting clients with the best temporary energy solutions. We work closely with operations and our partners to ensure a seamless experience. We energize together by combining technical expertise with a customer-first approach to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy. 

As Technical Sales Consultant, you’ll be the technical backbone of our sales efforts. Your expertise will help ensure that our solutions fit client needs, whether you’re advising sales colleagues, guiding rehire partners, or providing direct technical input to end clients. From designing and customizing energy solutions to training sales teams and customers, you’ll be involved in every stage of the sales process. 

A day in your role could involve: 

• Answering technical questions from sales managers, end clients, and rehire partners 

• Designing and tailoring solutions based on customer needs 

• Providing technical training to our sales team and clients 

• Collaborating with product and operations teams to align technical capabilities with customer requirements 

• Ability to train and support colleagues and clients on technical topics

Who are you? 

• A true Greener – you want to make the world a bit better, you question the status quo, and you're always looking for ways to innovate and improve. We are curious. 

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, and between 5-7 overall experience

• You are fluent in Dutch and English

• Minimum HBO level (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) 

• Strong technical expertise in energy solutions or a related field 

• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and sales teams 

• Ability to train and support colleagues and clients on technical topics
